Kusari is a project to create a new kind of cryptocurrency that is decentralized, private and stable, while incorporating various useful mechanisms of other cryptocurrencies into a single currency.
The main goals of Kusari are as follows:
- Easy to mine, easy to use; features a self-consolidating ledger and eliminates the need for mining pools or extra software
- Future-proof; quantum-proof key encryption and built-in resistance to 51% attacks
- Designed to be forked; written in pure C, well-documented and not bloated
- A few other features yet to be listed here
Kusari is in an extremely early phase of development, and as such, these are early-stage testing builds only. Don't expect a finished and/or functional currency. If you would still like to try it out, some old Dev-Alpha source tarballs can be downloaded from the executabl.es file directory.
Transactions and block rewards have not yet been implemented, but you can expect to see this added in the next one or two updates to come.
